The Aftermath
Description
It is the story of Rachel Morgan, who decided to move back to the ruins of Hamburg in the harsh winter of the 1990s to be reunited with her husband Lewis. Lewis is the British colonel in charge of rebuilding the devastated city. When Rachel set out for their new home, Rachel was stunned to discover that Lewis had made a decision that could not be normal. Now, everyone will share that big house with its former owners, a German widower and his troubled daughter. It's a new and different life and it seems to be full of inherited animosity.
